SBI youth for India fellowship programme:भविष्य के लीडर्स तैयार करने और ग्रामीण भारत की स्थिति में बदलाव लाने के लिए स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया की ओर से कई एनजीओस की पार्टनरशिप में एसबीआई यूथ फॉर इंडिया फैलोशिप का आयोजन किया गया है | इस 13 महीने के प्रोग्राम में युवाओं को ग्रामीण समुदाय के बीच रहकर काम करने का अवसर दिया जाएगा ताकि वह ग्रामीण विकास की चुनौतियों से पार पाने में मददगार साबित हो सके|

शिक्षा, महिला सशक्तिकरण, जल, पारंपरिक शिल्प, टेक्नोलॉजी, ग्रामीण आजीविका, स्वशासन, स्वास्थ्य, खाद्य सुरक्षा, पर्यावरण संरक्षण और वैकल्पिक उर्जा के क्षेत्रों से संबंधित किसी एक प्रोजेक्ट से जुड़ने का अवसर देने वाले इस प्रोग्राम के लिए इंटरव्यू के बाद चुने जाने पर आपको ओरिएंटेशन के साथ ट्रेनिंग दी जाएगी |

इसके साथ ही दो रिव्यू वर्कशॉप के जरिये आपको गाइडेंस व सपोर्ट प्रदान किए जाएंगे | फेलोशिप के दौरान आपके लिविंग व ट्रैवलिंग एक्सपेंसेस कवर करने के लिए ₹16000 प्रति माह के साथ फेलोशिप की सफल समाप्ति पर आपको ₹50000 का रिएडजस्टमेंट अलाउंस दिया जाएगा |

The SBI Youth for India Fellowship is a 13-Month program, where India’s brightest young minds are given an opportunity to go live and work amongst rural communities to help solve pressing rural development challenges. Fellows are further supported in their projects by leading NGOs and experts across disciplines.

Living in rural areas not only takes you closer to the complexity of the issues plaguing rural India but also to the rural community. It equips you with an ability to see the world from their point of view, which ensures that the solutions you come up with are practical, feasible and sustainable.

Education Qualification: Young Professionals or Fresh Graduates.

SBI Youth for India fellowship Salary: 16,000/- per month and 50,000/- after course completion.

Age Limit as on: 

  • Minimum Age: 21  years
  • Maximum Age: 32 years
  • Age Relaxation Extra As Per recruitment rule.
